At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Because each item is created just for you, we are unable to restock or resell returned pieces.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can review and make it right.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to make changes after 24 hours of placing your order.
