At Southern Script, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail.  Thank you for shopping with Southern Script! We take pride in creating thoughtful, quality pieces and want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate standard shipping within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and apply per order.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. 

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at Blush Boutique, 5175 Sunset Blvd #7, Lexington, SC. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Southern Script is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at southernscriptsc@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can review and make it right.
